We help disadvantaged inner city youth access a career in the ironworking field with our ironworking pre-apprenticeship workforce development program.

Pre-Apprenticeship program. Our year-long paid program introduces 12th grade high school students to welding.
Our workforce development program gives back to the community by providing direct entry into an ironworking career for disadvantaged and underserved inner-city youth. It also addresses the growing concern of diversity and youth in the aging and non-diverse world of construction.

3% of our profits to hiring capable minority and women-owned
subcontractors and suppliers.

10% of our profits to community impact initiatives, such as Journeys Soaring Impact, Race 2 Unity, the Reds Community Fund, Square One, and IKRON
